The OBR campaign was launched with over 65 organisations and collectives, and more than 700 people radiating amazing energy and commitment at Jamia Millia University in Delhi on the 24th of November 2012. “We are here to remind everyone that the rising violence against women is not about statistics or stark numbers. These are only the tip of the iceberg. The crux of the issue is how long will this situation be tolerated?” asks Kamla Bhasin, a pioneer and long standing crusader on women’s rights.
